Hellooo All...

Here I am again, uploading one of my handmade greeting cards from my Eid ul-Fitr collections :)

This is another simple card that I made. I'm using green color paper as it's my favorite color for Eid ul-Fitr :) I'm using stamp flowers from Inkadinkado and Color Box ink pad. In the middle I made my own flowers and also the stitches frame, I layered it, typed the sentiment with special font I downloaded from Fonts 101, printed it on a special ink jet waterproof paper and cut it with scissor. Then I distress it with Color Box ink pad.

Hello again frenz! :)

Today I'd like to upload one of my Eid ul-Fitr/Eid Mubarak greeting cards. I made it using one of my charm collection which I have not used for quite some time. But not only for Eid ul-Fitr, this card can be used for any occasions..

It's a simple and blank card. I only made a small frame embossed by Cuttlebug then colored the edges using chalk from Color Box. I put the charm in the middle of the card on a black paper :)

Well, I also enter this card to join the challenge with  Digi Doodle Shop Best called Challenge 121-Use a Charm.

Happy Eid ul-Fitr to all the Moslems in the world!

May God gives us so much blessings and peace in our lives! And may we become a better person after doing the fasting for one month. Am also hoping that God gives us another opportunity to meet with Ramadan month again next year! Amen.

Yeah, as you've known that I don't do fasting this year due to my pregnancy. But still, I enjoy the early morning cooking to prepare "sahur" for my beloved hubby :) I'm gonna miss Ramadan month so much and again I wish to meet with it again next year :)

Since I'm taking this holiday season as a chance to get some rest from my working place. I used to go to my home town and visited my mom, but not this year as I couldn't get any cheap ticket until last minute :P So I decided to celebrate Eid ul-Fitr with my hubby only and our baby in my tummy :) We really enjoyed our time together. Watched tv, went to my hubby's friend wedding, bought some cookies, beverages and some cleaner stuff :P Oh yes, we're just staying at home and cleaning all the mess :P

But this year I'm glad to have the chance to create the above greeting cards for some friends and sent them through by mail. I wish I can make more designs but I haven't got much time and energy to finish all :P I also make the e-card version which you can use freely HERE. Hello all.. hope you're doing great! :) 

Today I'd like to upload few digital drawings that I made and some greeting cards too.. But first, I'm going to upload my newest digital drawing which was to celebrate the 67th Independence Day of our country on last August 17th! Yeaahh!!! Long live Indonesia :)

This year I draw a Gunungan, complete with symbols that describing how rich our country is well, it is far from perfect though :) Hmm I have no idea what "Gunungan" means in English. Gunungan is used by Indonesian traditional puppet show (wayang) which symbolized contents of the world. It is a puppet with a mountain shape and its contents. It is also used to starting and closing the show, to rising action, to acting as land, forest, to symbolizing forest, fire, wind, land, road etc following the Dalang (The Puppeteer). It is also use as a symbol that all puppet characters and the stories do contain high philosophy teaching on wisdom.

Myself, I'm using Gunungan to describe how rich our country is. So therefore, I draw fishes, trees, rice and chain (as a symbol of unity in diversity). Hoping that our government and the people realize that we are rich in everything so we must be able to use our nature wisely and human resources, be more independent, do more positive works, care more to unfortunate people, clean the corruptions and all dirty politicians from bottom to the top :P Thus, we can move forward to the challenging future. Otherwise, we'll be stuck here with nowhere to go except waiting to get more loans from other countries and put our country "On Sale"! Embarrasing.. but I think that's what has been happening now! :P

Anyway, I won't be complaining more about my country and its terrible political conditions. As I believe it happens in every country! I just feel grateful that so far despite of all the bad things here, I do love my country very much and I have so much hope in it! :) I will try as best as I can to support our local products and community coz for now that's the small thing I can do :)

I hope things are going well with you over there. Happy fasting for all Moslems in the world :) Hope this Ramadhan will bring lots of blessing to you and your family. Myself this year I don't do fasting due to my pregnancy. Yes, I have tried though but unfortunately it didn't work for me as I really can't stop eating :P

I'm glad that I fee much better than few months ago. So I used my time to manage my "postpone" crafts boutique and make some drawings.Well, check out my crafts boutique below and you can download the above image and use it for your craft project :) Since I'm using Indonesian language so I added translation so you can choose your own language if you don't understand Indonesian. There's also shopping cart therefore you can purchase the items you need directly in there. I just hope it will run successfully :)

Hi everyone, how are you all? 

I have been missing you very much. Being away from my blog for so long has making my brain stuck. Well, I must restart and reload it again now on :)

What has been happening in my life lately? Hmm well, let's see last February I was so ready to run my crafts boutique and then all of the sudden something held me back from doing all the important things I must do.. Yep, suddenly something just switched off my energy and power.. My days were filled with nausea, vomiting, fatigue, diarrhea, migraine, shortness of breath and sleep.. I thought I was too exhausted with my work volume at the office..

But then later in April that I found out that I'm 10 weeks pregnant! At first it was so surprising as I don't plan anything or neither pushing myself to having a baby although my hubby and I've been married for nearly 4 years. And the fact that I personally was afraid of having child. Maybe some pieces of my bad childhood experience is still remain in my subconscious :P Ahh but heyy, why should I complain about the bad things that happened to my childhood; coz there are so many happy things happened to me as well that I will always treasure. And all the bad things do not have to happen to my child, right? All that I must do is to make sure that my child will get better life and fill its life with lots of love and encouragement. Amen. :)

So yep after injecting myself with positive thoughts, endless support from my hubby, family, friends and throw all my fear away.. I begin to feel the excitement of being pregnant :)  Yes, the first trimester had really knocked me down, I just couldn't do any activities other than work. Those times of nausea, morning sickness and sleepy nights were the colors of my days. I could only staring at my laptop and cleaning the mess on my crafts desk, but after that I just don't wanna do anything. I was so easy to losing my temper and patience. Going to work was the hardest time but Coming home from work was my favorite thing yep coz I would just jumped up to bed and do nothing but sleep :) My sense of smell was so very sensitive that I hated vegetable oil so much!! I hated my perfume, bar soap, shampoo, fried food, meat and the smell of water :P I even hated the smell of grass!! (which is usually my favorite)  Oohh it was soo awful and terrible!!

Now that I am commencing to my 23rd weeks, things are getting far much better. Yesterday I begin to drawing again, cleaning up my e-mails and website, yes yes I must start again.. But One thing that I have never lost since few months ago is my eating behavior :D yep, I just keep eating and eating and gaining weight ooohhhh.. no more skinny image, no more S/M sizes clothes! I'm just as big as a zeppelin :D But I don't care, just have to find the spirit to work out after this!

And last week when doctor said that I'm going to have a baby girl, it feels so touching! Ooohhh I just hope she's gonna be a healthy girl :) My hubby is so very happy and so are my sisters coz it means we're gonna add another girl member to the family :)

Now I do realize it's an amazing feeling to having this little human growing inside of me. I feel so full of  blessings! I'm sure that all the mothers in this world feel the same excitement. It's just something that I can't describe, coz it's something that you have to experience it yourself. I just pray to all women out there who are trying so hard of having a baby that God will see your effort and answer your wishes.. Just be patience, I believe your time will come soon :)

Hmm it's already 4.50 am here and I must take a break, prepare myself for an early morning pray and things for my work today. I'm so glad it's Friday!! how's everyone doing? great i hope.. Another year has come to celebrate Valentine's day. What have you been planning for this special day as it's the time to spread and express your love. Couples can express their feelings one another by sending flowers, chocolate, gifts or having a candle light dinner. Singles can do same thing as well with their friends or family. Just because you're single doesn't mean you have to celebrate it alone, right? Invite your friends to have a small barbeque at your house and then filled the evening by sharing your story or dreams. You can also take them to go to a theatre and watch those romantic movies together and imagining yourself living with one of those romantic character :D hahaha..

Well, whatever way you choose to celebrate this special day, I hope you will have a great time. For me, sometimes celebrating it in a simple way is much more meaningful. Hmm, in this material world, love cannot make you rich, but hey, if you have love, you are rich and you can be richer if you do everything in your life with love :) Coz most of the time, it is not the price of the gift that counts (although sometimes it is :D) but it is the effort and attention you put to it that counts :)

All this red and gold colors are fulfilling the atmosphere to celebrate this lunar year. The rain that keeps falling down for the past few weeks cannot stop the spirit of the new year. Some says that this is a year of dragon and it's the best time for those of you who wants to make changes in their lives. I'm not sure if that's true but however, it's very interesting! Maybe by knowing the meaning of the year will give us more spirit to keep focus in doing whatever we decided to do. Well, what do you think? :)

Most important thing for me is hoping that my friends can celebrate this lunar year in peace. And although the rain is falling heavily tonight, don't let it stop you from going to the temple and do your ceremony.

It's been quite long time since the last time I updated my blog. And glad to be back here again to wishing you a happy christmas :) You can feel the breeze of Christmas spirit since last month. Lights, flowers, green and red colors and all of those holiday theme are everywhere coloring this island with joy :)  This year I'm glad to give a friend my old small christmas tree as she needs it more than I do. Yes I do like christmas tree because I always love to see how people decorating it :) Although I don't celebrate christmas but I'm happy enough to see my family and friends are celebrating it peacefully.. and that's all that matters, right :)

Well, many things had happened to me for the past few weeks. Hmm, let's see: First, my work volume is increasing suddenlly :P and it has pushed me to postpone many of my personal plans which I regret. Second, I am sad to have to leave my DT task at AI Factory Graphics :( even if I enjoy my time there but I don't think I can fulfill the responsibility. I am very thankful to Asma the owner and other creative DTs with the chance they gave me. It was wonderful experience working with them! Thank you all and I'm gonna miss you so much. Third, my hubby and I have just finished moving all of our furnitures and stuff to the new house, the great thing is it's nearby the beach (well, not by the beach though :P only nearby the beach about 5 minutes drive with motorbike) and next week will be our first night to live there.. sooo excited :) And last but not least, I'm now in the mid of preparing a simple online craft store with a brand new name :P Actually I have missed my own deadline for this, but well, sometimes we have to put aside our priority for more other important things..  anyway, once it has finished I will surely tell you all about it :)

Those are at least few things that had happened to me. And although I am not a part of AI Factory DT now but I do suggest you to visit their site and join the challenges, you will not regret it as they have lots of great digital stamps etc. and you will learn a lot from the amazing creations of the DT :)

It's been a while since the last time we had challenge with AI Factory! It is sad that we also have to say goodbye to our talented DT Leader Tammy has stepped down due to her personal reasons - she's such a wonderful person to work with and we're all gonna miss her so much!! - Now it's with a great pleasure that we welcome her replacement who is one of our talented DT - Petra -! Goodluck with the new assignment, Petra and we believe you can manage the challenges very well! :)

Some changes on the rules is that Petra have changed the day of our challenge so instead of THURSDAY, she has decided to run it every WEDNESDAY. She wanted all of you to have more time to create you project! great, huh! :) And another thing is that you don't have to use AIF image, but if you do then you will have the chance to win two digital stamps!! how cool is that??!! :)

Okaayyy, now here's the challenge for this week, the theme is Something red, use anything that is red and our DTs are using the Christmas Birdie image which you can find here. It is soo cute and we love it and it can be used on every occassion too :)
