    Hello friends!

Sun is shinning and birds are singing, It's June!
Well, I hope your weekend is as fresh as summer breeze! :)

Today, I'm going to upload a birthday greeting card with vintage theme. But since I don't have any kind of stamping tools for this style, so it's very challenging for me. Instead of using regular stamp, I decided to go digital and make my own line art (from my own photo). I created it using Adobe Photoshop and I put vintage fonts and sentiments from the internet.
So it's a vintage card with a digital touch :P
    Below is the result:

The result of my photo that I converted to line art

I took the vintage font from Font Space and got the sentiment from Wishes Quotes. I created the line art, vintage frame and sentiments in Adobe Photoshop. I printed them all and reprint the birthday sentiment on the back side of the craft paper then cut it manually and put it using foam tape.

This is my original photo that I converted to line art

I enter this card to the following challenges:

    Hello friends,

It seems that everywhere I take trip to the blog land, the theme is about flowers. So I created greeting card using flower image as below.

Firstly, I color the background strip using Distress Ink Tattered Rose and a strip stencil that I created myself from plastic cotton pack. Since I don't have flower stamps yet so I'm using flower image from a wrapping paper. I glued the image on a paper and cut it with scissor. I manually cut the flowers into two, one I use double tape to attach it on the card and another, I use foam tape. Thus, would give a paper tole effect. I also add coloring to the image with Prisma Pencil to make it more alive and less stiff.

For the finishing touch I add some sequins and a happy birthday die cut sentiment which I got from -mbak Nova- two years ago from her die cut pack of challenge gift back in 2013 :)

I enter the card on the following challenges:

    A Gem of A Challenge - Challenge #145 Flowers
Artistic Inspirations - Challenge #132 Anything Goes with a twist of die cuts
Melon Headz Friends - Flower Everywhere Challenge
    Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge - Challenge #229 Anything Goes
Sister Act Card Challenge - Challenge #108

Thank you for visiting my blog and hope you'll have a lovely Sunday with your loved ones!
    See you soon!

    Materials I used:
Cardstock - local paper white color and cream pattern
Strip background coloring - Distress Ink Tattered Rose
Strip stencil - DIY from plastic cotton pack
Image - Flower from wrapping paper
    Word - from a friend
    Sequins - non branded collection

    Hello friends,

Today, I created a very simple card using only sentiment that I made myself. When I heard a word story, so many things came up in my mind.. fairytale, success story, career story etc., but one thing that is really linger is of course.. a love story :) However, since I don't have a stamp that can represent my idea, so I decided to create one and used it as an image for the focal point.

To make it a bit romantic, I add a butterfly stamp from a stamp maker company (I got this years ago and this is the first time I've ever used it) and colored it with Prisma Coloring Pencil. I hand drawn the dots on the card to frame the sentiment with Staedler brown color pen.

I created the sentiments using Stampendous (Happy Messages) for the word "You" and Kaiser Crafts (Christmas Sentiment) for the word "Love" and the "line" image (which I used to give impression of stack of papers). As for other alphabet, I'm using non branded Alphabet Stamp from local book store. I add sequins to give the card a bit of light :)

I enter this card for the following challenge:

    CASology Challenge  - Story

Thank you so much for visiting my blog and hope have a lovely weekend! :)

    Coloring frame - Staedler Pen
Butterfly image - free sample from a stamp maker company
Word "you" - Stampendous happy messages
Word "love" - Kaiser Crafts Christmas Sentiment

    Hello friends!

I hope that you all have a great week. Myself, this week I have been more productive than I was on weeks before or maybe compare to last years too hehe...

This week, I'm using Tilda and as this is my first ever time to use her so I really hope that the result is good :) I got Tilda from my talented and lovely friend -Melissa from Melz Handmade- and the die cut sentiment is from my talented and lovely friend -Ayu from Mimipipi Crafts-. The die cut sentiment is originally a polaroid die cut and mostly used as frame. But I decided to cut the frame and use only the sentiment.

I colored the image using Prisma Pencil and created the background using >> DIY Stencil from snack pack << that I made last week. I colored the background using Brilliance Galaxy Gold Ink and for finishing touch I add some sequins.

I enter this card to the following challenges:

    Hi friends,

I made another cards to join in two great challenges.
My card theme is get well soon with simple and clean design.

I used white and black card stock from drawing paper. I created the simple and easy-to-make roses from paper, just cut them in circle and roll it starting from the edge then stick it to the base with white glue. I created the background using black drawing paper, colored it with Simbalion pastel color and attached it to a white card stock. I wrote  the sentiment on computer and then printed it on vellum, glue it on a tiny paper and attached it on the card. For finishing touch, I added some sequins just to make it more alive :)

I join this card on the following challenges:

The Card Concept - #35 Frilly & Fabulous

The theme is focusing on simple and clean design. I was inspired by Kerin Sylvester with her clean & layered style. I love her paper roses and the background wood she created! Check out their web to see amazing creations from other DT.

Thank you for reading my post and have a lovely day! :)

    Hello friends!

Hope you had wonderful weekend holiday with your family and get more energy to start your weekday activities tomorrow! :)

I managed to make some cards this weekend and here's one of them:

It's very clean and simple card. I used white card stock and put a wedding ring sticker which I got from my lovely cousin and then stamped it using Brilliant Dew Drop Ink Galaxy Gold with sentiment on it from KaiserKraft "Being together is the best gift of all". Well, even though the stamp is from Christmas theme collection, I use it coz the meaning of the words is quite universal to me.

I made this card to join the following challenge:

    CASology   - Week #147 Wedding

Thank you for reading my post!
    See you soon :)

    Hello friends,

I'd like to share my newest greeting card.. for you.. yes, you my friend!... coz you've come here and spend your valuable time to visit and read my post.. so thank you and you're the best!! :)

On this card, I'm using my >> DIY Stencil from plastic snack pack << which is also another way for me to recycle the plastic. I have to tell you that the stencil really does work!! Well, I'm sure it stays long until I can afford the proper one :)

So for details, I created and printed out the sentiment on vellum paper and then stick it on a masking paper tape. I made flower from cork sheet and cut it manually, I created the background using the plastic stencil tool and color it with dew drop ink (olive color), give small pearls on the flowers, leather twine and added some sequins for the finishing touch :)

    Hello friends,

I'd like to upload my newest greeting card today and to join in some challenges. This time I made a very simple birthday greeting card with a slider. The idea is like giving a present to someone and let her/him open it :) well, something like that I guess hehe.. anyway, here's the card:

This is how I made it:

First decide the size of your gift box and how you want the slider look. Myself, I made the frame and hide the gift box by making small frame that fits for the ribbon to slide.
I measure and cut it manually with cutter.

Then make the gift box in square, colored it with water color and wrap it with ribbon embellishment which I made from fabric tape. Make sure that the size of the box is a bit bigger than the frame so it gives a tiny space to move.

Then, make the card primary base. Cut paper in rectangle form for the slider. The rectangle must have a space fit the gift box to move left and right.  On the rectangle paper, I hand draw a simple high heel stamp as the gift (this one is special for my friend Mbak Monika who loves shoes stamp and whom having a Birthday Linky Party on her blog HERE :) I created the image using a black Snowman drawing pen 0.2 and colored it with Staedler pen and Copic for the shadows.

Fold the edges of the rectangle paper. Make sure to fold and leave a space about 0,5 mm on each side so that the gift box can move to slide. When you're done, put double sided tape on each side then insert the gift box inside and test the slider by moving it left and right.

Once you have insert the gift box, attached it to the card by turning it upside down and adjust it with the frame you made previously. Make sure that the double tape stick properly.

I hand drawn dots and small arrows with pen so the receiver can slide and open the gift box :) Oh, I forgot, before attaching the gift box, make sure to stamp the sentiment first to avoid messy result.

I decorate the bottom card with similar washi tape as the gift box.

Voila, finish and you get a very easy and simple greeting card with slider :)

Hope this is useful for you and thank you for reading my post!
Have a great weekend everyone! :)

    Hello friends!

    Hope you're doing well.
For the past few days, I've been making simple packaging for my bracelets.
I'm using scissors, krafts paper, twill tape, magnets, double tape foam and cloth. I make pocket cloth to keep the bracelet and also to reduce plastic usage.

    Below is the result:

Use A4 size kraft paper, measure the space for the bracelets.
Score the paper depending on the size of the packaging you need. Make sure that it covers the height of the bracelets too. Cut the excess on every sides of the papers and form the edges as desired.
I put the bracelets inside a cloth pocket.
Then close the package by folding each side carefully.

I printed a label and stick it on front of the package using double tape foam. Measure and cut the twill tape, glue it on the back and pull it to the front. Stick small piece of magnetic sheet on the edge of the twill tape. The magnet on top side is longer than the one below, it's made so it can still move depending on the bracelets thickness. Glue the excess of twill tape on the edge so it won't messy.

Slip the twill tape beneath the label so magnets on the edges can meet to secure the package.

Voila, the package is done and my bracelets are ready to be shipped! :)

Thank you very much for taking your time in reading my post!

    Have a great weekend all!
